When you use LP Query Agent, we may collect: 

  • Your Microsoft 365 account details (name, email address, tenant ID) 
  • Metadata from uploaded financial or fund documents 
  • Interaction logs related to fund queries, metrics, and responses 
  • Diagnostic and performance data to improve service reliability 

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as passwords, payment data, or personally identifiable financial details. 

How We Use Information: 

We use collected information to: 

  • Enable secure document upload and indexing within your Microsoft 365 environment 
  • Provide AI-driven fund summaries, metrics, and portfolio insights 
  • Generate visual dashboards (IRR, DPI, TVPI, etc.) through Power BI 
  • Improve the performance, accuracy, and usability of LP Query Agent 
  • Troubleshoot errors and enhance user experience 

Data Storage and Access 

All data processed by LP Query Agent is stored within our organization’s Microsoft 365 tenant azure database. 

Data Sharing 

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or organizational data with third parties. 

Limited metadata may be used internally for service diagnostics and anonymized analytics to improve system reliability. 

Cookies and Analytics 

LP Query Agent may use Microsoft 365–native telemetry or cookies to: 

  • Monitor service usage and performance trends 
  • Identify common errors and optimize responsiveness 
  • Improve future user experience 

No personally identifiable data is collected for analytics purposes.
