This Privacy Policy explains how Optimus Information Inc. (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects and uses information when you use the Test Case Generator Agent, available through Microsoft Teams. 

Collected Information 

When you use the Test Case Generator Agent, we may collect: 

  • Your Microsoft 365 account information (name, email address, tenant ID) 
  • Your Azure DevOps user ID, organization, and project details 
  • The titles and descriptions of selected user stories used for test case generation 
  • Interaction logs (such as timestamps, selected items, and request status) 
  • Diagnostic and telemetry data to monitor performance and troubleshoot issues 

We do not collect or store any passwords, payment details, or unrelated personal data. 

How We Use Information: 

We use the collected information to: 

  • Authenticate your Microsoft Teams and Azure DevOps accounts 
  • Retrieve project and user story information from your Azure DevOps environment 
  • Generate AI-based test cases and create them under the corresponding user stories 
  • Improve the quality, speed, and reliability of test case generation 
  • Monitor usage patterns to optimize service performance 

Your data is processed only to enable and improve the Test Case Generator Agent’s functionality. 

Data Storage and Access 

All data is processed and stored within the Optimus’ Microsoft 365 tenant. Optimus Information Inc. does not retain or transfer document data outside the customer’s environment. 

Data Sharing 

We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information or document contents with third parties. 

Cookies and Analytics 

We may use cookies or similar technologies to track feature usage and improve the overall user experience anonymously. 

No personal or document content data is collected through these analytics tools. 

Your Rights 

In accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to: 

  • Request access to your personal information 
  • Request corrections to your personal information 
  • Withdraw consent at any time
