This Privacy Policy explains how Optimus Information Inc. (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects and uses information when you use the OptiPost LinkedIn Posting Agent, available through Microsoft Teams.
Collected Information
When you use the OptiPost Agent, we may collect:
• Your Microsoft 365 account information including name, email address, and tenant ID
• Your LinkedIn account ID, associated profile or company page selection, and OAuth authorization details
• Diagnostic and telemetry data for performance monitoring and issue resolution
• Optional content inputs such as campaign themes, website links, or prompt text used to generate posts
We do not collect or store passwords, payment information, or unrelated personal data.
How We Use Information:
We use the collected information to:
• Authenticate your Microsoft Teams and LinkedIn accounts
• Generate LinkedIn post drafts based on the prompts you provide
• Retrieve company page permissions and publish posts securely on your behalf
• Facilitate tone adjustments, scheduling, and multi-variant post generation
• Monitor performance, improve post quality, and enhance feature accuracy
• Analyze usage trends to optimize the OptiPost experience
Your data is processed only to enable and improve the OptiPost Agent’s functionality.
Data Storage and Access
All data is processed and stored within Optimus’ Microsoft 365 tenant.
Generated content and authentication tokens remain within secure Microsoft Azure services.
Optimus Information Inc. does not retain or transfer LinkedIn content or posting data outside the customer’s environment.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information or LinkedIn data with third parties.
Post publishing occurs only using OAuth permissions explicitly granted by the user.
Cookies and Analytics
We may use cookies or similar technologies to anonymously track feature usage and improve the agent’s reliability and user experience.
No personal content or LinkedIn data is collected through these analytics tools.
Your Rights
In accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to:
