Nitika is a seasoned Software Quality professional with 10 years of IT industry experience and extensive knowledge in test management, functional and automation testing, and quality assurance and software testing methodologies. She is currently managing the ever agile team of QA Analysts and Engineers at pof.com. She manages both automation and manual testing teams. PoF caters to over 100 million users with very high traffic on their website on a daily basis (close to 3 million users each day!).

Nitika previously worked as a Senior Test Lead with Shaw Communications. She’s highly experienced in defining project test plans, test approach and test strategy for automation and functional projects, people management, hiring and recruiting process. She’s been responsible for setup and creation of test management tools, department-wide standards and processes and ensuring the adherence to the established processes. Nitika is actively involved in all phases of Agile development.
