These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OptiOps, an AI-powered project delivery assistant developed by Optimus Information Inc., accessible via Microsoft Teams. By using OptiOps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OptiOps, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using OptiOps on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
- Description of Service
OptiOps is an AI platform that enables:
- Automated generation of Azure DevOps work items
- Conversational scope intake via Microsoft Teams
- Task refinement, assignment, and time logging
- Integration with Azure DevOps via REST APIs
- Intelligent reporting and project tracking
The service may evolve as features are added, updated, or deprecated.
- License and Access
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Optimus grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use OptiOps for internal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
- Use OptiOps in ways that violate applicable laws or regulations
- Copy, modify, or redistribute any part of OptiOps without written consent
- User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- All activity conducted through your use of OptiOps
- Providing accurate and lawful project data
- Using the service only for its intended purpose
- Complying with your organization’s data handling and IT policies
Use of OptiOps is also subject to Microsoft’s terms for Teams, Azure, and related services.
- Privacy
Your use of OptiOps is governed by our Privacy Policy. All personal and project data is processed and stored within your organization’s Microsoft 365 tenant, unless otherwise agreed. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
- Intellectual Property
All components of OptiOps, including prompts, orchestration logic, agent configurations, software code, and user interfaces, are the intellectual property of Optimus Information Inc. All rights are reserved unless explicitly granted.
- Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas related to OptiOps, you grant Optimus a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the product without compensation.
- Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to OptiOps at any time if we detect violations of these Terms, security threats, or misuse. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
OptiOps is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we aim for high reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, bug-free operation, or specific project outcomes.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Optimus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use OptiOps.
- Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. If significant changes are made, we will notify users via Microsoft Teams or email. Continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and applicable federal laws.
