These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OptiPost, an AI-powered LinkedIn posting assistant developed by Optimus Information Inc., accessible via Microsoft Teams. By using OptiPost, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OptiPost, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using OptiPost on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Description of Service
OptiPost is an AI-powered Microsoft Teams chatbot that integrates with LinkedIn to help users generate, refine, and publish LinkedIn posts.
The service includes the following capabilities:
• Secure authentication with LinkedIn via OAuth
• Retrieval of LinkedIn profiles and company pages available for posting
• AI-driven generation of LinkedIn post drafts based on prompts, links, or campaign inputs
• Optional scraping of provided URLs to generate content from website or case study information
• Multiple draft variations with tone-adjustment options before publishing
• Automated publishing to selected LinkedIn profiles or company pages
• Optional scheduling of posts for future publishing
The features of OptiPost may evolve as the product is enhanced, and some capabilities may be added, updated, or deprecated over time.
License and Access
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Optimus Information Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use OptiPost for internal, non-commercial, and authorized business purposes.
You may not:
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract any AI models, orchestration logic, or prompt templates.
• Use the service in ways that violate applicable laws, regulations, or your organization’s policies.
• Copy, modify, or redistribute any part of OptiPost without prior written consent from Optimus Information Inc.
User Responsibilities
You agree that you are responsible for:
• All activities conducted under your Microsoft Teams and LinkedIn accounts when using OptiPost.
• Authenticating securely with your LinkedIn account and granting necessary posting permissions.
• Selecting only appropriate, lawful, and organizationally approved content for generation or publishing.
• Ensuring compliance with your organization’s security, brand, and data management policies.
• Reviewing all AI-generated LinkedIn posts before approving or publishing them.
Your use of this agent is also subject to Microsoft’s Terms of Use for Teams and LinkedIn’s Terms of Service.
Privacy
Your use of OptiPost is governed by our Privacy Policy.
All generated content and publishing data are processed within your organization’s Microsoft 365 environment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Optimus Information Inc. does not sell, rent, or share your personal or organizational data with third parties.
Intellectual Property
All components of OptiPost – including prompt logic, orchestration workflows, AI configurations, and software code – are the exclusive intellectual property of Optimus Information Inc.
All rights are reserved unless explicitly granted under these Terms.
Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas related to OptiPost, you grant Optimus Information Inc. a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the product without obligation or compensation.
Termination
Optimus may suspend or terminate your access to OptiPost at any time if:
• You violate these Terms,
• You pose a security or compliance risk, or
• The service is discontinued or materially modified.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
Disclaimer of Warranties
OptiPost is provided “as is” and “as available.”
While we strive for reliability and accuracy, Optimus does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that all generated LinkedIn posts will be complete, accurate, or suitable for public publishing.
Users are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before using it in live, public, or regulated environments.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Optimus Information Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use OptiPost, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
If significant changes occur, users will be notified via Microsoft Teams or email. Continued use of OptiPost following such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
