    These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Test Case Generator Agent, an AI-powered test case generation assistant developed by Optimus Information Inc., accessible via Microsoft Teams. By using the Test Case Generator Agent, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. 

     

    Acceptance of Terms 

    By accessing or using the Test Case Generator Agent, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. 

    If you are using the Test Case Generator Agent on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. 

     

    Description of Service 

    The Test Case Generator Agent is an AI-powered Microsoft Teams chatbot that integrates with Azure DevOps to automatically generate and create test cases linked to user stories. 

    The service includes the following capabilities: 

    • Secure authentication with Azure DevOps via Microsoft Teams 
    • Retrieval of organizations, projects, and user stories from Azure DevOps 
    • AI-driven generation of detailed test cases based on selected user stories 
    • Automated creation of test cases within the respective Azure DevOps project 
    • Optional regeneration of test cases to refine quality or coverage 

    The features of the Test Case Generator Agent may evolve as the product is enhanced, and some capabilities may be added, updated, or deprecated over time. 

     

    License and Access 

    Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Optimus Information Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Test Case Generator Agent for internal, non-commercial, and authorized business purposes. 

    You may not: 

    • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract any AI models, orchestration logic, or prompt templates. 
    • Use the service in ways that violate applicable laws, regulations, or your organization’s policies. 
    • Copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Test Case Generator Agent without prior written consent from Optimus Information Inc. 

     

    User Responsibilities 

    You agree that you are responsible for: 

    • All activities conducted under your Microsoft Teams account when using the Test Case Generator Agent. 
    • Authenticating securely with your Azure DevOps account and granting necessary permissions. 
    • Uploading or selecting only appropriate, lawful, and organizationally approved project data. 
    • Ensuring compliance with your organization’s security and data management policies. 
    • Reviewing all AI-generated test cases before approving or using them in your QA process. 

    Your use of this agent is also subject to Microsoft’s Terms of Use for Teams, Azure DevOps, and associated Microsoft 365 services. 

     

    Privacy 

    Your use of the Test Case Generator Agent is governed by our Privacy Policy. 

    All project, user story, and test case data are processed and stored within your organization’s Microsoft 365 and Azure DevOps tenant, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

    Optimus Information does not sell, rent, or share your personal or organizational data with third parties. 

     

    Intellectual Property 

    All components of the Test Case Generator Agent—including prompt logic, orchestration workflows, AI configurations, and software code—are the exclusive intellectual property of Optimus Information Inc. 

    All rights are reserved unless explicitly granted under these Terms. 

     

    Feedback 

    If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas related to the Test Case Generator Agent, you grant Optimus Information Inc. a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the product without obligation or compensation. 

     

    Termination 

    Optimus may suspend or terminate your access to the Test Case Generator Agent at any time if: 

    • You violate these Terms, 
    • You pose a security or compliance risk, or 
    • The service is discontinued or materially modified. 

    Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. 

     

    Disclaimer of Warranties 

    The Test Case Generator Agent is provided “as is” and “as available.” 

     While we strive for reliability and accuracy, Optimus does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that all generated test cases will be complete, accurate, or suitable for production use. 

    Users are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated test cases before using them in live or regulated environments. 

     

    Limitation of Liability 

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Optimus Information Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the Test Case Generator Agent, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. 

     Modifications to Terms 

    We may update these Terms periodically. 

     If significant changes occur, users will be notified via Microsoft Teams or email. Continued use of the Test Case Generator Agent following such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 

    Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
