Mission Parivartan
How It All Started
Raised in a modest household in Shahjahanpur, the Founder of Optimus earned admission to the Indian Institutes of Technology through determination and discipline. His journey demonstrated how access to opportunity can transform not just individual lives, but entire generations.
The Challenge
Each year, around 1.8 to 2 lakh Uttar Pradesh State students from families earning up to ₹3.5 lakh (approximately USD 3,800) demonstrate academic potential yet lack access to structured preparation for the Indian Institutes of Technology entrance examinations.
The Parivartan Model
Identifying high potential students early, four years before the Indian Institute of Technology entrance examination, and grooming them through sustained mentorship, structured academic preparation, and continuous performance tracking.
Providing laptops, EdTech access, mentorship, health support, and exposure to AI tools like ChatGPT.
Mission
To equip bright students from economically and socially disadvantaged communities with world-class learning resources (Like Laptops), mentorship, and holistic growth, empowering them to reach IITs and creating a ripple of progress across their families and communities.
Vision
To transform the lives of underprivileged students by fostering academic excellence, nurturing resilience and confidence, and building pathways to opportunity that create lasting, generational impact across families and communities.
